Distribution Model

Julian's Menswear operates a direct-to-consumer online store, fulfilling orders from partner facilities in China. All orders are shipped with flat-rate NZ$15.00 tracked shipping to New Zealand and Australia, with a total delivery window of 8 to 18 business days. All returns are processed at our New Zealand base only — never to an overseas supplier.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Julian's Menswear's liability is capped at the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
