- Enter your code into our integrated portal on this page or input it directly into the regional carrier portal for updated terminal logistics data.
Order Processing Timelines
Please allow 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for our team to verify, pack, and clear your items through our international fulfillment hubs. Once your package is handed over to our logistics networks, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking data link to refresh and display terminal sorting checkpoint information.
