Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn: Items must not have been worn or used
Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition
Original Tags: All original tags must be intact and attached
Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible

Hygiene Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items require intact hygiene seals to be eligible for return:

Underwear
Swimwear
Intimate apparel

If the hygiene seal has been broken, these items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Digital products (gift cards, community support contributions)
Items marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

Customer pays return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Julian's Mens Wear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@juliansmens.nz. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
