How Our Shipping Works

To keep our catalog diverse and our prices competitive, we partner directly with specialised international manufacturing and logistics networks. When you place an order, your items are processed by our team and dispatched directly from our international fulfilment partners straight to your New Zealand or Australian address with full end-to-end tracking.

Shipping Origin and Destinations

  • Fulfilment Origin: Dispatched via premium international tracked logistics lines from our verified fulfilment centers in Shenzhen/Guangzhou, China.
  • Delivery Destinations: We ship to physical addresses within New Zealand and Australia.

Shipping Rates and Fees

We charge a flat-rate tracked shipping fee of NZ$15.00 on all orders sitewide — to both New Zealand and Australia. There are no minimum spend requirements, no hidden handling fees, and no unexpected charges added at checkout.

Order Processing and Handling

  • Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM NZST (New Zealand Standard Time). Orders placed before 3:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch sorting.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • New Zealand — Transit Time: 10 to 15 business days via tracked international courier networks.
  • New Zealand — Total Estimated Delivery: 8 to 18 business days from the moment your order is successfully placed.
  • Australia — Transit Time: 10 to 15 business days via tracked international courier networks.
  • Australia — Total Estimated Delivery: 8 to 18 business days from the moment your order is successfully placed.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched from our fulfilment partner's facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking portals to update initially as your package moves through international sorting centers. You can monitor your shipment at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Customs, GST, and Import Duties

New Zealand: All retail prices displayed on Julian's Menswear include GST. Because we manage our global supply chain directly, all border clearance protocols are handled seamlessly. In the rare event that any unexpected local customs processing fees or import assessments occur at the New Zealand border, Julian's Menswear will cover them completely. Customers will never face hidden fees or outstanding balances to receive their packages.

Australia: Prices displayed are in NZD. Australian customers are responsible for any applicable GST, customs duties, or import assessments levied by the Australian Border Force upon entry. In most cases, personal imports under the AUD$1,000 low-value threshold are processed without additional duties. However, Julian's Menswear cannot guarantee exemption and accepts no liability for any border charges incurred.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the tracking log with the carrier and secure a resolution or dispatch a replacement at no additional cost to you.
