Handling Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Transit Time
After dispatch, your order will be in transit for approximately 8 to 15 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped with full tracking so you can monitor your parcel at every stage of delivery.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress through the carrier's tracking portal. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

New Zealand
We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. Flat-rate $15 tracked shipping applies to all New Zealand orders regardless of order size or weight.
Australia
We ship to all addresses within Australia. Flat-rate $15 tracked shipping applies to all Australian orders. Please note that delivery times to Australia may vary slightly depending on your location.
International (Rest of World)
We now ship to customers worldwide. Flat-rate $15 tracked shipping applies to all international orders. Delivery times are 8 to 18 business days from dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate.
Customs and Import Duties
