Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate tracked shipping fee of NZ$15.00 on all orders sitewide across New Zealand. There are no minimum spend requirements or hidden handling fees added at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders have a processing window of 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for quality verification and sorting. Once dispatched, transit via premium tracked logistics takes 10 to 15 business days. The total estimated delivery window to your door is 8 to 18 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We ship exclusively to physical residential and business addresses within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally or to unverified collection centres. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my active order?
You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our fulfilment facility. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking portals to update initially.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
All retail prices displayed on our store include GST. We manage our global supply chain directly, so all border clearance protocols are handled seamlessly. In the rare event that any unexpected local customs processing fees occur at the New Zealand border, Julian's Menswear will cover them completely.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We provide a transparent 30-day return policy from the confirmed carrier delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original retail condition with all clothing tags firmly attached. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for detailed criteria.
How do I start an authorised return?
Contact our team at support@juliansmenswear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorisation Code and instruct you on how to ship items back to our Rotorua processing centre.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
Return courier fees for change-of-mind requests or size adjustments are paid by the customer. For verified damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, Julian's Menswear covers 100% of return shipping costs by supplying a prepaid New Zealand Post return label.

How do I choose the correct apparel size?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted via Shopify Payments using SSL technology. All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Please contact us immediately at support@juliansmenswear.com if you need to adjust your order. Once an item has entered dispatch sorting, changes cannot be made — but you are welcome to use our standard 30-day return window upon delivery.
