Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The following items are exempt from our standard return policy:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel where the hygiene seal has been broken
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised apparel
  • Final sale and clearance items

How to Start a Return

Please contact our team first to obtain a Return Authorisation Code before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind or size exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Julian's Menswear covers 100% of return shipping costs
    • New Zealand customers: Prepaid NZ Post return label provided
    • Australian customers: Direct postage costs refunded upon receipt

New Zealand Consumer Law

Our Return and Refund Policy fully supports your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). If a product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Australian Consumer Law
