Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The following items are exempt from our standard return process:
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel where the hygiene seal has been broken
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised apparel
- Final sale and clearance items
