Julian's Menswear offers flat-rate tracked shipping to New Zealand and Australia. Every order is dispatched with full tracking so you always know where your parcel is.

Handling Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Transit Time

After dispatch, your order will be in transit for approximately 8 to 15 business days depending on your location within New Zealand or Australia. All orders are shipped with full tracking so you can monitor your parcel at every stage of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress through the carrier's tracking portal. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Shipping Destinations

New Zealand

We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. Flat-rate tracked shipping of NZ$15.00 applies to all New Zealand orders regardless of order size or weight.

Australia

We ship to all addresses within Australia. Flat-rate tracked shipping of NZ$15.00 applies to all Australian orders. Please note that delivery times to Australia may vary slightly depending on your location.

Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to meet our stated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods. Julian's Menswear is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 18 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team.
